IPPF is developing a programme to empower women and girls, specifically refugees, internally displaced persons, and returnees living in forgotten crisis settings in Cameroon, Chad, Mali and Sudan to assert their SRHR and influence decision-making processes in an environment that is conducive for gender equality and elimination of all forms of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).

The programme will have a strong focus on strengthening the capacity of local civil society organizations (CSOs) in gender-based violence, to include coaching, mentoring, and peer to peer learning. IPPF is inviting applicants with specific SGBV technical expertise, ideally in the locations of implementation, to support in the technical design and proposal development of this programme.
