The International Planned Parenthood Federation Africa Region (IPPFAR) is one of the leading sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) service delivery organizations in Africa, and a leading sexual and reproductive health and rights advocacy voice in the region through its 40 Member Associations and Collaborative Partners in 40 Sub-Saharan countries.
The 3M project (Mes Droits, Ma Santé, Mon Avenir) is a twenty-three month project (May 2021 - March 2023), funded by the Fonds de Solidarité pour les Projets Innovants (FSPi) of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. The project aims to contribute to the reduction of gender inequalities through the empowerment of young people and the technical strengthening of local feminist CSOs for the transformation of gender norms in favour of the sexual rights of adolescents and young people, in particular girls, in the project sites, but also in the beneficiary countries of Burkina Faso, Chad and Niger in general. The project is implemented by three member associations (MAs) of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) in the three countries mentioned above: Association Nigérienne pour le Bien Être Familial (ANBEF), Association Burkinabè pour le Bien Être Familial (ABBEF), and Association Tchadienne pour le Bien Être Familial (ASTBEF).
