Complete Office Design and Set-Up of Office Space for Women’s Integrated Sexual Health Lot 2 (WISH2ACTION)
The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is a leading advocate of Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights. In Africa, IPPF operates in 42 countries in the Sub-Saharan Africa through a network of Member Associations and collaborative partners to empower the most vulnerable women, men and young people to access life-saving services and programmes, and to live with dignity.
The IPPF Africa Regional Office (ARO) based in Nairobi coordinates the Federation’s operations in Sub Saharan Africa. To accommodate additional staff for the newly started Women’s Integrated Sexual Health Lot 2 (WISH2ACTION) Project, IPPF has leased additional office space (partially partitioned) with a total area of 5,000sq. ft and would like to secure services of a company to undertake the office interior design improvement/modification. This includes furnishing the office to ensure the office design and layout optimizes utilization of space and promotes an effective and efficient work environment.
Interested bidders are invited to download the detailed Terms of Reference below and follow instructions therein to submit their proposals. All proposals should be prepared in three copies “One original and two copies” properly marked “Original and Copy”. The outer envelope should be marked “WISH2ACTION Project Office Interior Design & Furnishing” and submitted on or before Monday, 25th March 2019 at 5:00 pm to the WISH2ACTION TENDER COMMITTEE, 3rd Floor, Senteu Plaza, Galana Road, P.O. Box 30234 – 00100, Nairobi – Kenya. Prior to submission of their proposals, interested bidders are encouraged to contact IPPF ARO and arrange a visit to the new office space to have a sense of existing office layout and design.
Successful bidders will be notified via email on or before 31st March 2019.
