The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is the world’s largest non-governmental organization working in the field of sexual and reproductive health information and services.  It has six Regional Offices worldwide. The Africa Regional office is based in Nairobi, Kenya while the international secretariat is in London, UK.

IPPF Africa Regional Office (IPPF ARO) is seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the position of Specialist: Proposal Development/Writing.

The post holder will be tasked to prepare and write proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals. S/he shall determine proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings. The individual will ensure that the Regional Office has the ability to raise required adequate resources to meet its programme delivery.
