The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is the world’s largest non-governmental organization working in the field of sexual and reproductive health information and services. It has six Regional Offices worldwide. The Africa Regional Office is based in Nairobi, Kenya while the international secretariat is in London, UK.

The IPPF Africa Regional Office (IPPF ARO) is seeking an individual to fill the position of Head of Department Strategy, Organizational Development and Communication.

This position serves as the chief advisor to the Regional Director and is responsible for shaping and coordinating IPPFAR’s efforts to develop into a more diverse, relevant and agile organisation. This includes designing strategies, plans and approaches, convening key stakeholders and champions, building broader organisational understanding and ownership, and continuously facilitating learning and opportunities to improve and adapt.
