On behalf of our partner Association Togolaise pour le Bien-Etre Familial (ATBEF), we seek an experienced senior-level health project Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor to lead the monitoring and evaluation planning and implementation for a complex, multi-country, large donor-funded project, including supervision of a monitoring and evaluation team.
This position supports a USAID-funded ExpandPF activity that will mobilize individuals and local organizations to strengthen the adoption and sustainability of select High Impact Practices (HIPs), improving access to, and utilization of, quality family planning (FP) services among women and girls in poor and underserved urban populations.
The position will be hired and managed by ATBEF and based in West Africa, Lome, Togo preferred, covering activities in four countries in francophone West Africa. French and English language skills are required.
